Curava on Top

investing in quality

The world has changed in 2020. After long periods of time at home, we have begun evaluating how we live. One way we’ve done this is a serious look at how – and on what – we spend our money. Many are looking around their homes at big ticket items that were purchased not so very long ago and realizing they already need to be replaced.

For many, the big takeaway of this self-evaluation is the desire to purchase quality items we love that will last for many years.

If you are looking for quality that lasts, Curava should be on your list.

Curava makes superior surfaces that are designed to last a lifetime.

Our recycled glass surfaces are resin-based, which makes them superior to similar surfaces that are cement based. Resin-based surfaces are non-porous, stain and bacteria resistant and durable; they do not need sealing and are sanitary and low-maintenance. Curava is an excellent choice for many uses in the home including: kitchen countertops, vanity tops, furniture tops and bar tops.

Curava makes beautiful surfaces that you will love for a lifetime.

Our superior manufacturing process ensures the consistency of each slab, simplifying your selection process and giving you the peace of mind that your Curava surface is beautiful from top to bottom. Take a look at our bold colors which offer endless possibilities to bring enduring beauty to your home!

sustainable surfaces

If sustainability is important to you, as it is to most people, then, when you are searching for a new surface for a kitchen countertop, vanity top, furniture or bar top, you certainly want to check out Curava.

When it comes to sustainable surfaces, Curava is committed to recycling, even when it comes to the seashells included in two of our designs.

You’re probably scratching your head wondering why something from nature needs to be recycled. In fact, when seashells are left on the beach, nature takes care of the recycling. But what about shells that are harvested for décor or fashion?

That pretty sweater with the shell buttons or that vase you love that’s decorated with natural seashells are made from shells that were harvested from the sea. Once the manufacturing of those lovely things are done, the leftover shells are often discarded into landfills.

When we wanted to incorporate seashells into one of our designs, Savaii, instead of sourcing seashells from the ocean, we decided to source the shells left after the manufacturing process. Using these shells – which are perfect for our purposes – means less waste, as we incorporate beautiful seashells into striking recycled glass and seashell surfaces.

You can feel good about purchasing Curava. Our manufacturing facility uses a variety of green methods including a zero-water waste manufacturing process. Every square foot of our recycled glass surfaces removes 25 bottles from a landfill. We are always looking for ways to limit our environmental footprint, making Curava a responsible choice for your home.

We invite you to take a look at the bold, striking colors of our Curava surfaces. We offer a variety of colors and finishes including those with seashells. Visit one of our showrooms, find a Curava distributor near you or order samples from the comfort of your home to see the beauty of Curava up close.
